Property maintenance/ looks have gone down . Over run with weeds . Seems the only clean part is the front . Getting to the point where I have to spray and pull all the weeds I can . Needs a lot of work to get the appearance back to how it was when first moved in
Living here has been disappointing. The property is not maintained to the standard advertised, and ongoing issues make it difficult to feel comfortable in the space. Given the rent and fees, I expected a much better experience. Prospective renters should carefully consider these factors before signing a lease.

The choice of flooring was a disappointment; the cheap vinyl plank flooring was already coming up in and was not adequately installed in the unit I toured. Longer wearing and easier to maintain updated (rectangular shaped) ceramic or porcelain tile would have been a better choice
