The choice of flooring was a disappointment; the cheap vinyl plank flooring was already coming up in and was not adequately installed in the unit I toured. Longer wearing and easier to maintain updated (rectangular shaped) ceramic or porcelain tile would have been a better choice

Zech, Matt and Alexis go above and beyond to keep thos place running beautifully. They take renters concerns seriously and have great attitudes! The grounds are clean and well kept. Had p Jerks breaking in and ruining the pool and the team took our concerns to the owners and got it approved to get security to do rounds at night and install cameras. The problem is decreasing. Love living here so far and our first year is almost up. There are many here who have been here since it opened and no rent hikes so that is awesome.
