My experiences with this practice were fine in the beginning. I actually think the dental hygienist is very good. But I’ve learned to hate this practice is hiring a lot of dentists as 1099s. You don’t see or know who is performing your service. The doc I had was incompetent for a simple replacement of an old filling. It was an awful experience that took over two hours. I scheduled my first appointment and was then told it needed to be rescheduled to two days later. Once I showed up to the appointment I sat and waited for 15 minutes only to be told I needed to fill out paperwork that was supposed to have been sent to me but it never was. While filling it out I was told I would need to be rescheduled again since they need time to review the paperwork. When asked when they would be available, I was given a date an entire month later. Complete waste of time.

Tiffany was very professional, informative, professional an absolute pleasure. Definitely and asset to any team and makes it a pleasure to visit the office. Heather is wonder as well. Awesome personality and does a great job. Front desk could be a little more friendly and welcoming. Room for improvement. I would say just put a smile on your face . But had a great experience other wise.
