Saw great reviews online and had high hopes when going here for the first time but was very let down. I had an appointment for 1:45pm and showed up at 1:30pm seeing as it was my first time being there and knew I would have to fill out paperwork. I was not seen until 3:00pm for my cleaning. I told the hygienist that my teeth are extremely sensitive to cold and asked if she could use warm water when doing my cleaning.
