came to appointment early, tried calling and texting multiple times and no answer. no one came to answer the door. appointment was confirmed 3 times via text and still got blown off after driving 35 minutes to be here. wouldn’t recommend
Esmeralda did my initial microblading a year and I just went in for my year touch up. So happy with the work and would highly recommend!!

I did not receive services because on the day of our confirmed appointment, she did not show. She did not answer my messages or calls. I have requested a refund through Groupon because she did charge me without rendering the service. I am extremely disappointed and will not be referring anyone to her.
She has the best wax in town!
