I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this business due to Bruna’s complete lack of professionalism and honesty. Before booking my appointment, I specifically asked if they used Juvéderm fillers, and Bruna assured me they did. Based on that assurance, I rearranged my day and showed up for the appointment, only to find out that Juvéderm isn’t used at all. The miscommunication and mismanagement were entirely on Bruna’s part.
