Called and asked about late season rentals. The person who answered was less than helpful sadly. She answered in a somber tone with "hello". Instead of announcing it was a business. Then when I asked about the rental she said "I don't know you will have to call back next weekend." Never offered to return a call or even bother finding out. It was as if someone ran over her dog and I was bothering her. Tried here first since they had great reviews. But we will go someplace else. And we won't be going there.
