This was the WORST haircut experience I’ve ever had. My appointment was yesterday at 5 PM. When I got there, the owner said/asked if I could wait. I thought it would only be 5-10 minutes, but I didn’t get in the chair until 5:45 PM. I regret not getting up and leaving, but I was trying to be understanding and was excited/hoping for a good outcome. Samantha always does an amazing job! She is very attentive and always confirms the length I want to cut is correct before she even starts!

The lady who cut my hair never gave me her name but she asked me how much I wanted off and I told her just the ends. Mind you my hair was to my lower back now its a little above the middle of my back. Also the bangs that I wanted were NOTHING like I showed her in the picture. It wanted the bangs showed in the unblurred picture and I clearly did not get any of it. If I could give 0 stars I would.
