I had to bring my 6 year old son in for light sensitivity. Jenn was not patient with my son and did not take the time to explain what she was doing. She acted annoyed with us. Dr. Rettig was not patient with my son as she was shining a bright light into his eyes. I have received my eye care from Dr. Rettig ever since she opened her practice. Even when my employment required temporary moves to PA and DC, I would travel back to receive my eye care. We are very fortunate to have a Mayo-trained ophthalmologist in the area.

I have been seeing Dr Rettig for over a year now and get eye injections pretty regularly. Yesterday was awesome as my son came to observe. I didn't even feel the pressure this time! They all go above and beyond, every time!!
Dr. Rettig did eye surgery for me a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had some kind of allergic reaction to something, and I'm not out of the woods yet. But I can't believe how Dr. Rettig and Jennie Brown have gone out of their way to help me out. Naturally, when things like this go wrong, a person is quite concerned. It helps considerably when the doctor and staff put in extra hours to redo sutures, do daily follow-up, and try to get to the bottom of what's causing the problem.
