I had an appointment scheduled for my nine year old who has been having stomach issues. We drove almost an hour and took time off of work and school for the appointment. Well there was a very bad accident that happened on the highway which caused us to sit in traffic for more than half an hour. I called several times updating Crystal Run's office on what was going on as we sat about 3 miles from the exit. Great bedside manner. Made my kid feel very at ease. Great dialogue with parents. Was straight to the point, gave great advice and options.
Very rude. She has a terrible bedside manor and was very rude to myself and my autistic daughter because we would not change our appointment for four hours out after we traveled an hour and a half to the office. She had no regard for her feelings. She is the most unprofessional Dr I ever met.
First time seeing her for my son. No bedside manner. Very short and contradictory. Dismissive of my sons symptoms and my knowledge of gastro/allergy issues. She barely looked my son over and questioned our reasons for the visit (which we were referred by our allergist) I felt like the whole visit was pointless. I would not recommend.
Did not have a positive experience with her. No bedside manner. Dismissive. Arrogant. Very short and didn’t make eye contact or introduce herself. Very rude! Most importantly she was not thorough when evaluating my son. The worst doctor I have encountered in my life by far.
