The experience I had today at my doctor's office Esther's son was great everybody there is so nice and so cheerful I love coming there but I hate the diagnostics thank you
I like Dr Don and her staff. I have not had any issues getting in to see her. She is always very quick to respond to emails.
While my doctor(Esther Son) is great and helpful. I did not appreciate the way 2 of the nurses at the front interacted with me. One was Asian. They seemed to take delight in the fact my medicaid was being canceled and I heard them whispering about me. Also, one followed me into exam room to sign something related to payment. I get that you're a business. But talk about feeling like a walking dollar sign was very reinforced by this unprofessional behavior.
