Dr Shao is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is all business and obviously incredibly intelligent however, takes the time to explain complicated heart conditions, treatments, and tests in layman's terms. She takes time out of her busy day, even when she's doing rounds at the hospital, to call patients back and touch base with them if they are having issues. You can tell from the way her staff responds to her that she is a highly respected member of the cardiac community. Thank you Dr Shao, you rock!
