Came here to get just my gel nail polish off and they charged me regular price for a manicure even though I asked the price before I got any service done! Go nextdoor where staff is friendlier.
My first time here and was completely turned off by the service. There was one person drying her nails and myself and I asked for a gel manicure. They seemed annoyed since it was two hours before closing, but started my manicure. Didn’t ask me if I wanted any other service however, 29 minutes later A woman showed up in her work clothes asking for our fill in. No problem. They got the guy from the back. Been coming here for 8 months. Place is clean (5 star) but annoyed today(2/11/25). Esther had signs posted that gel is going up $5 on March 1. But charged me the extra $5 today and when I asked her why, she responded that my nails were long and required more time to trim(so 2 star)!.That really ticked me off. Then she looked at me and started to ask if I going to tip(which I had already done). I am going to price other places before I come back.
