A very thorough and complete description of my blood work and status. I received somewhat more detail and explanation than many previous visits with medical personal in other situations. I felt at ease and understood the evaluation of my situation.
Esther is highly knowledgeable and a good educator. She takes the time to evaluate all areas of a patient's well being, which is so important for cancer patients, cancer affects a person's emotional and spiritual health as well as their physical body.
Esther is obviously confident, listens well, very observant and reassuring. She is professional and really seems to know her stuff. She came into the room already knowing my history, and we looked together on the computer for further history that would help us make decisions. Her approach helps me feel trusting.
