I have had a great experience seeing Esther Braun for a few years now. She was the first provider I saw who took me seriously when I expressed concern about symptoms I was having with a medication and worked with me to find an alternative that worked better for me. She is easy to talk to and I am confident in the medical advise she gives me but she also listens to me and lets me take an active role in my healthcare.
New unseen patient, As soon as I arrived I was asked my last name and told that I need to reschedule. The front office staff said they need me to be in the office by 315pm although my appointment time was 330pm. I arrived at 3:19pm, I had to leave work for this appointment and drive in 3pm traffic and try to remain safe in order to make it on time which I did. This place do not work with people that are employed. They do not care about a woman’s health. Just want money do not recommend
I have been going to ob/gyn since 2022. Unfortunately I had to switch providers there because Braun was very dismissive and combative when servicing me. She literally took 5 mins of my annual appt to argue back and forth with me about my phone being disconnected. I was very uncomfortable about having her exam me after. Then when I went into the portal to review her notes she actually took the time to put in her version of the disagreement yet my test results aren't uploaded.
