No one likes the need to see an endodontist but I am so pleased I was able to see Dr Kim and her assistant Rachel. Dr Kim was able to diagnose my problem and prepared me for a root canal. She is an expert and also has a wonderful personality which put me at ease. I highly recommend both Dr Kim and Rachel a great team. Kudos to this office! Thank you☺️
I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Dr Kim and her wonderful team. I have a very big fear of dentists and I was told I had to have a root canal done - my biggest dental fear! From the moment I walked into the office (with tears streaming down my face), popping Valium (which I had never taken before) the receptionist was so kind and reassuring and Dr Kim and her team made sure they talked to me first and made me feel comfortable. This office is extremely professional. I needed a root canal and my dentist called at 2:30pm and they said to come right over. In the past, it’s like pulling a tooth (haha) to get into some other Endodontist. I saw Dr. Kim who was extremely conscientious about my pain and discomfort.
