Dr. Vergara has been my primary Dr. for 15 years. I moved to Iowa and still come back to see her. She is such a great listener:) I think her bedside manors are top notch! I would give her a 10 if I could.
I've been seeing Vergara all my life, and as she's become more experienced, she has also lost personability and she's been streamlining her services. She tries to get me out within 5 minutes, long before I can explain my problem which has left me untreated for at least a year now.
I like Doctor Vergara but her staff never gets back to you. You cannot speak directly to her office. You need to go through a central switchboard. If you leave a message to call back they rarely get back to you even if you mark it urgent. They also do a very poor job with referrals.
She takes time to listen to my complaints where I am not feeling rushed to get it all out in one breath. She is great at making referrals to get to the heart of the problem.
