Not a great experience overall. I’ve lived had dental work across Canada and usually enjoy going to the dentist, but this was by far my worst dentist experience ever. I had my first appointment here this afternoon, and the gum measuring was very painful (which was unusual) so I asked for freezing. While the dentist stepped out to get my records, the assistant seemed visibly frustrated by my discomfort letting out an obnoxious sigh. I can honestly say, best service and experience! I've never been to a doctor or dentist office that stays on schedule more! I really appreciate their organization as someone who has a busy schedule!
I have been going to this Dentist for almost 60 years. Currently I am now a 2nd generation patient as my dentist retired, and his daughter runs the practice now.
Dr. Panwar is an amazing dentist, we chose to do Invisalign back in 2014 and my teeth still look fantastic thanks to him. Very happy with how well he took care of me. All of the receptionists and assistants are also very friendly, always making me feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this dental centre!!!
