The business hours on google are apparently not accurate because he straight up told me he wouldn't answer the phone after 5. He also told me that I was next in line for a storage rental and then sold them all out from underneath me, meanwhile not answering the phone all Monday morning. they need a system that reserves the units online because his "word" means absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company until they get new help/management.
