We have been long time customers of Estes and rely on them for our regular HVAC maintenance and repair work. When we lost our central A/C unit in the middle of summer in Atlanta, they were quick to get a technician out to the house to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, the 2008 system had reached the end of its lifespan and they helped us get a new one installed.
Estes did great! The install team, Brad, David, and Tyler, were wonderful, respectful, and fast. We spoke with a sales person on Friday and had everything installed Monday.
Consummate professionals! Marcus and Jeff arrived promptly a little after 8am and spent all day removing and replacing a large unit in a horrible, hot, tiny cramped attic space. They were quiet and pleasant despite the less than ideal working conditions and cleaned everything spotless when they were done. Really great experience, A+ customer service!
