Saved our trip when we had a nail puncture a rental car tire. Gave us an accurate estimate on how long it would take, updated us when service was complete, very reasonable prices. Would love to get a puncture again if we’re near them!
A got a lot of work done at this shop. I was about ready to buy a new truck but they brought mine back from the dead. They diagnosed issues quickly, sent me photos and estimates, and did good work on the repair. It drives like a new truck. Not cheap, but I beleive you get what you pay for: in this case quality service and knowledable, competent mechanics. I would bring my truck back here again (although they might not want me to lol).
Went there to get a tire fixed. Had it off the vehicle and ready to go. Three guys standing around. The guy says we have an appointment tomorrow!! Really. Guess I’d rather drive 40 miles to get it done. Customer service is not the priority.
Great experience this morning when I stopped by with a tire that was going flat. Really enjoyed the conversation with Preston as I waited for repair. I'll be back for tire rotation and oil change.
