Our sewer backed up on Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Tim sent Hilton on Saturday morning to snake our line, but the damage was too extensive. After diagnosing the problem and getting the existing utilities marked, Andre, Hilton and Mario (?) worked all day, and Hilton stayed until 8:30 p.m. to finally solve our sewer problem. We really appreciate their dedication and professionalism in fixing our sewer line. Thank you Estes Park Plumbers. (sorry, no photos weee taken during the repair)
Tim was most responsive in scheduling an appointment to address our plumbing issues. The Teck, Hilton was amazing in his diagnosis of our problems and his desire to fix all issues completely and efficiently. Highly recommend!
I have been using these plumbers a few years. They are very accomidating. Last month my water heater died, just as the season began for Sumner rentals. Relaced a water heater that had been a pain for years, and my old plumbers installed badly. I made the call to Estes Park Plumbers, they gave me a bid on tankless water heater, removed the old unit, repeated and updated electrical to install new heater in two days. Jesse and Mario are the best! They fixed the leak and explained everything in detail also gave me copies of everything the did for my records. Mist polite plumbers I have ever had. Clean and neat job
