A water heater that bursts over night is a HUGE problem but Estes Park Plumbers were an amazing solution!! They answered my call immediately (and by a real person) and were at my house before 8 am to remove the old unit. They traveled down the mountain to pick me up a new one and had it installed and working by 4 pm!! Hilton performed the work with excellent craftsmanship! Got me scheduled quickly, with a major water leak and with concern of family visiting in 2 days! Addressed some problems that 2 other companies did not...forthcoming and transparent about possible invasive drywall and tile work...I'm very happy with their work and how we were treated. We will definitely call on them again!
Excellent service as always, on August 7, 2026. Jesse came over to evaluate whole house for Moen Flow monitoring system. He also discovered a couple items that need adjustment. He was friendly, pro, efficient, and in the end I liked the product and agreed to install. EP Plumbers are the best. I've had water heaters, faucets, sump pumps, etc., over the years, always great.
