Great staff and very clean facilities
The women at the front desk, my nurse, and Bree, were all very kind and I felt they cared. Overall great experience and I appreciate them being here in Estes. It is a small operation and I showed up at a very busy time - if you don’t want to wait I recommend calling ahead to see how long the wait time will be!
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The reception and intake process was quick and efficient, and both the nurse and nurse practitioner were caring, attentive, and thorough. They clearly explained my care instructions and made sure I understood everything. As a precaution, I also had X-rays taken, and that process was very quick and efficient as well. Just a warning about the insane pricing- went to this Urgent Care for a flu, cold, and covid TEST. The bill of just the test came out to over 500 dollars WITH insurance. All of the staff were wonderful and nice but if I knew it would be this expensive, I would have driven the extra hour and half to go somewhere else.
I'm a nurse. I came today -- a Saturday -- at 11:30 in the morning to UCHealth Urgent Care clinic thinking I had a UTI. I read reviews before I came, several of which concerned long wait times, but I came anyway. There was zero wait. I'm from Austin and am used to MAs doing the initial visit -- taking vital signs, reviewing meds, history, etc. But today, a paramedic performed those duties! She was so smart and knowledgable.
