I went in because I thought I might have the flu or Covid. Unfortunately they ran out of tests because the flu was very high at the moment, so I had to buy a test from the pharmacy. Other than that the staff were very friendly and professional.
To the NP Kristy Digger, who treated me and then made sure I switched to the correct antibiotic while I was hiking in the mountains - THANK YOU. I have been to a few UC places in my life, but the one in Estes Park stands out for its professionalism in every aspect of my visit there, and then the follow-up. Thank you to all who took care of me while I was there.
Husband had to go in for a nosebleed we couldn't get to stop. Walked in at 5:25 pm and they had us out by 6 pm. Hope we never have to use them again but more than happy to! They even set us up with a goody bag in case it started bleeding again.
After being sick for a week and not shaking whatever I had I was worried to be around clients and work. After getting into an office my blood pressure was taken. It was high. It always is. After nurse did all the initial temp symptoms ect. I was told a covid and flu test would be administered. Dr. came in chatted about my symptoms and kinda suddenly laughed at me for thinking I had a flu......... She listened to my lungs and said I was weezy. We made a stop at this urgent care because my husband broke out in a rash over his body while we were traveling and sightseeing. The care here was wonderful from the moment we stepped in until we left. The people at the desk and the medical professional were amazing, identifying the issue and calling in a prescription. The facility itself is immaculate. Highly recommend.
