I had a medical emergency on our last night here in Estes Park. I had to go alone, since my husband needed to stay back with the kids. They were showing me back to a room before I could even fully walk into the ER. There were 3 amazing nurses immediately working on me, and the doctor also came quickly at 3:30am. I had an emergency while here on vacation and because it was late, I had no other options but to go here alone. You never want to go to the ER, let alone away from home, but I’m so grateful for the staff who took care of me. Every single nurse, doctor, NP, phlebotomist, and the receptionist I met was so kind, patient, and empathetic. I felt safe and secure here and I can’t be more thankful that I found myself in good hands - as well as checked in and out in amazing time.
I was visiting Estes Park from out of town, by myself, and had an emergency that required surgery. Everyone here was very caring and compassionate, and extremely efficient. I was admitted immediately, had a CT scan done within an hour and a diagnosis. The surgeon came in during the middle of the night and we made a plan together. I am now in recovery, feeling much better, under the attentive care of the amazing nursing staff. My sincere gratitude to all of the amazing people here.
