We stayed in September 2025 and had some issues that I think others should be aware of especially for the price of this place. The outdoor hot tub has broken jets, only 2/4 spots work. The TVs in the condo are NOT smart TVs. The couch and chair are quite old and not comfortable. When we arrived, we found mouse poop on the kitchen counter and in the bed. There was also trash on the ground. I did email the manager and they refunded 20% of our stay (which I appreciate) but I still don’t believe it was worth the price we paid. T... read more
We stayed here a week. Other than the pull out couch being hard to sit on, it is an awesome place to stay. We had enough linen to last the week. All the cookware and silverware, coffee pot and toaster, plus other stuff we didn’t use. We did bring an air fryer, because it’s just a stovetop. I could not get YouTube to work on the WiFi, but we did not go there to watch tv, just wanted to catch a game. Netflix seemed to work. Absolutely loved these condos. We have stayed in both United 5 and 6. They are both great! Clean, modern yet fitting mountain decor, updated, and homey. Gorgeous river views and ample grassy areas. I accidentally left my pillow. Not only did they contact housekeeping and find if, they mailed it back to me! 10/10
Perfect location. It’s close to town and it close to the entrance of RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Plus, you can see plenty of wildlife from your balcony.
Great experience! Jeremy at the front desk went above and beyond for us.
