We recently stayed at Estes Park Condos and unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. First, the check-in notes mentioned that the private hot tub might take a few hours to heat up. Totally understandable. What’s not understandable is that it actually took all night and wasn’t usable until the next morning—so we completely missed out on using it our first evening, which was a big part of why we booked the place. Very nice, very clean and well managed
Beautiful place, but not worth the price. The TVs didn't work, furniture and carpet was stained and worn out, and they even sent an email encouraging us to take out the trash and start the dishwasher for them on the last day of our stay. For $325 a night plus $130 in fees...no thanks.
We came for the weekend for my birthday so I could just relax after a crazy Thanksgiving. That's exactly what we did. Loved the hot tub. I loved that I could still hear the river and it wasn't completely frozen. Our condo was very cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
