Staying at a rental home in York, and we experienced some hot water issues, so the owner asked Estes to come by. They sent someone by within a few hours, and he quickly determined the issue and got it remedied. However after he left, we found we had no running water in the home, so he came right back to figure it out, even though nothing he had done should have had anything to do with the water. We bought a heat pump system a few years ago, it is still in warranty but they refuse to come out to service it since we don’t buy fuel oil from them. We bought an electric heat pump from them we don’t buy heating oil anymore! NO ETHICS - STAY AWAY
