Excellent and prompt service
We’ve been a customer for over ten years and never had a poor experience. We have the service plan which gives us peace of mind that no matter what time of day or day of the week, someone from Estes will come by to take care of us in our time of need.
Estes Oil is always timely, professional and friendly. I was very impressed when the service gentleman stayed longer then normal (not being paid by the hour) just to be sure the Boiler was clean and safe. Then he mention he saw a plumbing issue and we should call a plumber. He saved us! a cracked pipe that could of ruined my entire kitchen. I will never switch companies.
