I would give negative stars if that was an option. This is the worst company to work with. Stay away at all costs. Customer service is so rude and unwilling to help. I promise you, you'd be better off with any other propane & oil company.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had. After being a loyal customer since early 2022, I called to discuss my pricing. The Billing Manager was incredibly rude, shouted at me, and made unprofessional personal remarks before hanging up on me. I’ve switched to a new provider and will be saving $1.40 per gallon. I strongly recommend avoiding Estes if you expect to be treated with basic respect.
This past winter our heating system failed. Estes was on site within a couple of hours, identified the problem, got us a new boiler and installed it the next day. We are so thankful for their team and getting heat back into our home so quickly. Always a pleasure to work with them. Thank you Estes!!!
