When I called to inform Este's Men's Clothing shop that the ring bearer's tuxedo shirt and pants were too big, the man that answered the phone was instantly hostile stating that he could not get a replacement from their supplier in Roseburg. My son was measured in advance and the shirt and pants were at least 2 sizes too big. When I suggested options such as getting a replacement shirt and pants from another tuxedo shop, he called me a "F*%&'n primadonna".
