Called Estes out for a bad condensate leak. Christian went above and beyond to diagnose even though it ended up not being an HVAC issue at all! Outstanding service!
This is my third experience with Estes and have been extremely pleased with the outcome each time. This experience was a full system replacement of my home AC unit. John and Trennis did an exceptional job getting the old system removed and the new system installed. They showed up exactly when scheduled, were very professional and did a great job. My hats off to them. It is a difficult job. Thank you for getting our house cool again just in time for football weekend!
