Este’s Heating & Air responded on a 108 degree feels like Saturday weekend day, when no other company we called would show up until the next week, and they sent technician Christian Trevino, who rushed following his other calls to help us, and he somehow got a 21 year old unit to blow some cold air, and just all around did everything he could to help us cool down. We thank you Christian & Este’s!
We are very satisfied with Estes level of service, Christian Trevino was fantastic, he identify the problem with our AC unit promptly and corrected it.

I am dissatisfied with the service provided by Estes Heating & Air regarding the commercial freezer repair. While the company initially responded to assess the unit, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Communication was unclear, follow-up was inconsistent, and the information provided regarding services and capabilities appeared misleading.
