I had another company coming didn't contact us didn't know if they were coming. Called Estes and cancel other service within 10 min tech Shane called to tell me when he would arrive. He came went to work less then 45 min air was back on. Great service and prices.
Still an outstanding H/A service company. I have been using Estes for about 22 years. I just recently had a service call for a system alarm. The tech clearly explained the issue causing the alarm. The failed component was replaced under warranty. I think their prices for service is reasonable. Every Tech has been very knowledgable. I get regular semi-annual maintenance which I believe has contributed to my Heat Pump lasting so long. I highly recommend Estes.
