Estes heating and air have been servicing our systems in Seneca for over 5 years. They are always prompt and communicate extremely well. You can tell the most about a business in how they respond when something doesn’t go well, especially when out of their control. I have had two different parts fail on a unit they installed 4 years ago. (They do not manufacturer the units.) Parts are covered under warranty, but labor is not.
