This company was outsourced by Target for a return pick up, however they attempted to outsource, themselves, which failed miserably. They have terrible communication and lackluster customer service, leading to me ultimately seeking help elsewhere. If I hadn't, my return would not bave made it in time, resulting in me not receiving my refund.
