Avoid this service – completely unreliable.I had a terrible experience with EFW regarding my delivery. The online tracking system provided consistently completely inaccurate status updates, showing my item was in transit when it was actually stuck at a warehouse. Failed to deliver my refrigerator duo to poor equipment on 4/27, took the refrigerator back to warehouse and left a damaged patio. No contact more than 2 weeks. The final delivery needed my landscapers to help. Scratched the patio and door frame again. Very poor communication.
