Very pleased. The driver who brought my boxes out was awesome. If the people in the office had paid attention and put my stuff on the smaller truck in the first place, it would have been delivered on schedule instead of several days late, but the driver who handled it was excellent.
Would've been 5 stars, except that the delivery took place a day later than I had been promised by Sam's Club. Otherwise, no complaints. Driver was very courteous.
Office staff and driver were friendly and efficient.
