Left my delivery on the side of the roadway on a rainy day. No phone call alerting me of this. I discovered the delivery on my own, who knows how long it was sitting there. Very difficult to move as the package was rain soaked. There is no reason why they could not deliver the package via my driveway, as all my other transportation companies have done.

Top notch customer service and reliable transport. I've been using them for 10+ years now and they are my go to when I need something taken care of the right away the first time. Can't recommend them enough.

If there was a choice to choose 0 stars I would. I work for a manufacturer rep and u have never had to deal with such rude and unhelpful people

Tyler Haigler an employee of Estes is a thief and liar. He hires these guys to work with him delivering things and doesn't pay. Uses every excuse in the book as to why he can not pay them. And of course boss Mike says he isn't a driver he's a dock worker when we have photographic proof of Mr.Haigler driving and delivering. So, to all you companies considering to contract this company for deliveries you may want to think again. It seems the dishonesty runs rampant.

worst company my freight arrived in town 10 days before they scheduled it to be delivered then didn't show customer service is a joke they leave you on hold till you get so sick of it you hang up if you do get lucky and get somebody they are rude and feed you a bunch of B.S. how this company is still in business is amazing….dont use them.had to give them a rating but for real it would be neg.10

I agree with Tom, they deserve 0 stars. I tried to pick it up when the best they could give me was an 8 hour window. Then they wanted to charge me a fee to pull it off the truck. Decided to wait for the delivery day with a window from 8AM-5PM. Take a day off work, 12:15PM get a call saying delivery will have to be rescheduled........... How this company stays in business I have no idea.........

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are completely incompetent and lie to your face. I've been trying to get a delivery from their terminal for days now. I am only 3 miles away, but they can't seem to ever get the delivery to my door. First it was put on the wrong truck. I had to call them to find out what was going on and was promised it would be scheduled for the first delivery after the weekend. Monday comes and again, no delivery. Worst Company Ever! No exaggeration here. They were supposed to deliver our closet and they never called or showed up. I had to call them, then they promised it would be delivered the next day. Same thing, no call and no one showed up. This went for three days, then I asked to speak to an Operations Manager. Told he was busy and said he would call back. They never called back, called them again on Monday. They said they would have it delivered on Tuesday, same thing no one showed and no one called. This went on for another w... read more

Tonya is a lady that answered the phone when I called, a sweet lady that loves her job. She was there when I had questions, and she knew my name from the start-when I called back three days later she remembered me and was super sweet. I would highly recommend this company for your shipping needs. I'm from Tulsa Oklahoma. As long as Tonya is helping you out, you'll be in good shape.
