Booked through Arc Best. They inexplicably cancelled receiving my shipment on a Wednesday with no explanation. Then rescheduled for Thursday. Arcbest contacted them several times to confirm on Thursday that they would come to pick up, and they said yes that they were "on there way". Then, I called Arcbest to get ETA, and then they said "oh we only come on Wednesdays to that area!" Unprofessional, and I dare say was lying.
Cody the driver from Farmington NM was great. He delivered and placed the pallet right where we needed it. Very professional and kind. It is hard to find that these days.
