My Freight gets all the way from PA to Estes in Farmington and remains there in a undeliverable status. Called Estes ABQ multiple times for an update to be transferred to the Farmington drivers phone number which goes directly to voice mail. Do you think he returns the voice message, NO! Call Estes ABQ again who now states "I will email the driver and call you back. Do you think I get a call back, NO! I don't know where the problem is and I don't blame the local driver, I blame Estes Management. Do your Job!
Booked through Arc Best. They inexplicably cancelled receiving my shipment on a Wednesday with no explanation. Then rescheduled for Thursday. Arcbest contacted them several times to confirm on Thursday that they would come to pick up, and they said yes that they were "on there way". Then, I called Arcbest to get ETA, and then they said "oh we only come on Wednesdays to that area!" Unprofessional, and I dare say was lying.
Cody the driver from Farmington NM was great. He delivered and placed the pallet right where we needed it. Very professional and kind. It is hard to find that these days.
