unprofessional,incompitent,delivery was supposed to be on a specific date,at a specific location. they try to reschedule time and location. Could I drive my truck out to meet them at their convenience. The whole point of getting the package delivered was for my convenience. Had I had a truck to start with I would have picked up the package from the manufacturer myself. This company lacks proper business ethic. never again
I work at a Library and after a book sale, we had over 400 boxes of used books to send off. Pat from Estes arrived and was so pleasant! We had 10 Pallets to load in 90+ degree weather. The lift gate on the truck stopped about 2" lower than the truck deck so it wasn't a very pleasant job, but Pat was great! GREAT personality, great work ethics....very professional yet very personable! Please give Pat a great big THANK YOU for the great job he does!!

Shipment has sat in Charleston wv for six days after being promised to be delivered.it is only a 1 and half hour drive.I called charleston terminal and corporate office and didnt get any restitution for delay or time spent waiting for promised delivery!!!
Very unprofessional, They give you a pick up time then don't show or call. When you call them to see where they are they tell you they rescheduled it for the next day but don't bother calling you. On more than one occasion I waited the entire day only to have to waste a second day waiting for them to show.
