I had a lawnmower shipped to me through Home Depot. The wrong lawnmower was shipped. That's a Home Depot problem (and don't get me started on the nightmare dealing with them was). Estes originally dropped it off and was scheduled to come pick it up. When they came to pick it up, they dismantled the crate that the lawnmower was in and left a mess of wood, screws and metal pieces all over my driveway. They left a 130 lbs package at the street, at the beginning of an uphill 500 ft long driveway. This is our second time getting a delivery from this company, the first time about a year ago, the driver actually had the common sense to bring the extremely heavy package down our driveway to the front of our house. Guess the driver didn't feel like doing that this time? Not sure how I'm supposed to carry a 130 lbs package down a 500 ft long driveway by myself, but I guess I'll have to figure it out. Old boy playing games on I81, not smart buddy. In the left lane blocking traffic with the right lane wide open. As cars got close he would drop to 50mph (in a 70) or begin to swerve in the lane, teasing other motorists. Yea, my guy. I saw you laughing, you thought this was funny. Maybe it’s best not to do business with this company, keep their trucks off the road for your own safety
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. No communication as to delivery time. Then on the second attempt they said they can’t deliver because the package is too heavy (Home Depot had no problem with the other delivery.) Then after 2 failed attempts they said they’d reschedule for Monday when I could take a day off work to sign. Then no one showed up—they did not schedule it for Monday. Day off work wasted.
