MOVE OVER…. Four hours today going 81 north in two states. We are held up with different, Estes truck three times riding the left lane holding up miles of traffic. The drivers are obviously when they get in the left lane and the truck can’t even do the speed limit. Let alone pass anyone. It’s unsafe the truck can’t even get out of its own way.
I would rate 0 stars if possible. Absolutely no coordination between drivers, dispatch, or “Patricia” who answers the phones for dispatch, but isn’t dispatch. I have had my delivery missed 3 times now due to “internal miscommunications”. I was told they googled my business for the delivery address rather than using the one I provided. Same thing with the phone number. Beyond disappointed and will be barring my business from working with Estes moving forward.
I had a lawnmower shipped to me through Home Depot. The wrong lawnmower was shipped. That's a Home Depot problem (and don't get me started on the nightmare dealing with them was). Estes originally dropped it off and was scheduled to come pick it up. When they came to pick it up, they dismantled the crate that the lawnmower was in and left a mess of wood, screws and metal pieces all over my driveway. They claim it's not their responsibility to remove the crate, pallet and mess they left behind. Their "solution" was telling me... read more
They left a 130 lbs package at the street, at the beginning of an uphill 500 ft long driveway. This is our second time getting a delivery from this company, the first time about a year ago, the driver actually had the common sense to bring the extremely heavy package down our driveway to the front of our house. Guess the driver didn't feel like doing that this time? Not sure how I'm supposed to carry a 130 lbs package down a 500 ft long driveway by myself, but I guess I'll have to figure it out.
