Horrible customer service. Don't listen to instructions, and then act like they're doing you a favor even speaking with you. Wouldn't use these people to ship anything.
Not the best, not the worst, they're usually fairly priced and everything gets there fine. Continuing to improve a lot and starting to be one of the best carriers in the area now with more effort and better management.
We have had 4 different deliveries from Estes in the past month and Raiden has been the driver each time. He has always been so friendly, willing to take the pallet back with him so I didn’t have to figure out how to dispose of it, and accommodating when one of our deliveries was broken. Just wanted to give Kudos and recognize someone doing great work!
Jeff went over and above to get us a piece of equipment we needed in time. Very grateful for him and the rest of the team at Estes for their help. We would work with them again anytime.
