They lied about the attempted delivery. I was home all day but they promised to deliver on another day and did not show up once again. After speaking with them, I was informed that they might or might not deliver the following day. I was told that the person in charge of scheduling might come in at 4 AM and could change his mind about the delivery. Yes, this is real. It has been the worst experience. I paid taxes plus a delivery fee. Next time, I’ll drive to Home Depot in NH and pick it up myself.
Have been waiting for my delivery for 2 days, I have been told it is a "far out delivery". It's 17 miles from the station. Pretty sure they are just ignoring it because it is a residential delivery.
What a perfect company!!! Best shipping experience of my life. A gentleman named Chad showed up with a smile that never left his face perfect experience. I’ve had more horrible experiences than I can count with ups this company was the polar opposite!!! When I called the phone was answered promptly by people who were a delight to deal with!!! 10 ⭐️ experience Thanks Chad u made my day!!!!
Just had "Kyle" deliver a package for us. Fast and courteous. Great job everyone.
Had to go and pick up packages at there hub watched the guy in forklift run into my pool I was there to get think to they had an attitude about it didn't see me standing there guy did it on purpose
