Large quantity delivery was dropped off at the wrong address and we had to call back to get it rederived to the correct address. This delivery was two pallets of inventory. When the driver arrived he had an attitude as if we had nerve asking for it to be delivered to the correct address. Not sure I would recommend this level of service.

Lazy driver. Just dumps off pallets of expensive merchandise at end of road and leaves. Will need to file a request for RMA number from seller. Stay away from Estes if at all possible. They don't hold a candle to UPS or FedEx who handles your shipments with care.
