I have only called twice to see if they knew where my package was because I couldn't track it on my phone the lady who answers the phone is the rudest lady i have ever encountered on the phone she is screaming at me among me questions i had hope she had known but after i get my package i will never go through them again please for your sake i would recommended not even considering them
DO NOT use this company, Estes Express Lines aka Big E in Richland, MS. I received a call on Sunday saying my package would be delivered on Monday. Well when I called on Monday I was told it would be delivered the next day. Next day came and they called and said "unfortunately we will not be able to delivered today, it will have to be tomorrow".
