10 out of 10 worst experience with this company. If I could give negative stars I would. After placing an order and being told it could be delivered they told me they couldn’t. I arranged to get the item only to discover it was damaged and their employee told me that “yeah. It was probably us”. I got the replacement item in, I told them I would be there on x date, between the allowed pick up times. When I arrive I’m told I’ll have to wait 40 minutes or so due to who knows what. I wish I could give o stars!!! Absolutely worse service EVER!!! Paid for delivery inside home. They were so rude and lazy and wouldn’t provide the service I paid for. Said because they didn’t have the correct information they couldn’t do it although I had the proof. They aren’t allowed here again. Delivered a $1000 worth of shiplap and left it outside in the weather on the ground where it was wet from all the rain. Mind you I PAID for it to be delivered inside my home to a room of choice.
