Our product arrived in tact. We were happy for that. Unfortunately we received it 5 days after the original delivery appointment was scheduled. We had to pay 3 technicians for 2 additional hours each and for a Uhaul rental to to pick it up from the terminal when it should have been. done by Estes. Stuff happens. Our job was delayed and needed to try to keep our customer happy. The people in the terminal were very accommodating and I appreciate that.
They allowed me to pick up freight from their dock. Very easy process!
Matt, the dispatcher, was trying to find any possible excuse not to send a driver out to pick up our items. I guess business is too good at this location. Use another company instead
10 out of 10 worst experience with this company. If I could give negative stars I would. After placing an order and being told it could be delivered they told me they couldn’t. I arranged to get the item only to discover it was damaged and their employee told me that “yeah. It was probably us”. I got the replacement item in, I told them I would be there on x date, between the allowed pick up times. When I arrive I’m told I’ll have to wait 40 minutes or so due to who knows what.
