I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Estes Express Lines, Fresno. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered was unacceptable. Firstly, the forklift operator simply dumped my pallet on the floor and walked away, leaving me to load it into my truck piece by piece.
