Nice folks
I understand problems come up and schedules fail, its the lying that really makes me angry. The tracking for our delivery, driver Joseph, kept being updated and pushed back in time the whole day with the last one saying it will arrive at 5:24 PM. It never arrived and the next day they reported they had attempted delivery at 2:34 which was not true. Why would their last tracking report say 5:24 when they supposedly came at 2:34? Do they lie or are they stupid? Employees were here all day specifically waiting on that truck.
Transport of my auto lift was quick, dock workers did a excellent job loading. I would recommend and use this company again.
Great family owned company. We've shared with them for many years and have never had a loss.
