I’m very disappointed with Estes Freight’s hiring practices. They go back seven years on your driving record, which feels incredibly unfair. People grow, people mature, and yes—people make mistakes. Holding something against a driver for that long doesn’t reflect the reality that many of us learn from past experiences and improve.
