I’m very disappointed with Estes Freight’s hiring practices. They go back seven years on your driving record, which feels incredibly unfair. People grow, people mature, and yes—people make mistakes. Holding something against a driver for that long doesn’t reflect the reality that many of us learn from past experiences and improve. Estes was contracted to deliver materials to our home for a project. Communication was clear and plentiful throughout the process. Shirley personally called and set up the appointment. She is fantastic! The driver called ahead with an ETA and was friendly and helpful upon arrival.
Attention drivers If you are outside carrier driver don’t come before 10am, even if you come at 10am is not guarantee they will give you a dock, you have to wait till they call you , i canseled my load
