Worst Service Ever!! June 2026 Item was purchased from Home Depot and was to be delivered by ETA — Estes Express Lines. Item delayed with no explanation no updates no projected delivery date and no ability to get answers. When the item finally arrived it was left in the middle of the street. Not on the side of the road. Not on the sidewalk or the driveway which was right there. In the middle of the darn street!! Sure would have been nice for the delivery guy to help me get those huge boxes one containing a couch, the other one containing a loveseat up on my deck.
I'm still waiting for a delivery and it has been sitting on their warehouse over a month
