Edited to include a response to the owner: "Details regarding the delivery service level" can not excuse the laziness of a driver banging on a detached garage rather than walk around to the house and knock on the door. It also does not excuse a product being delivered severely damaged. It's laughable that you would respond suggesting this is the level of service we asked for and should have expected. Very rude, short dismissive attitude from the driver. Product was damaged. Would never do business with this company again and will definitely tell others of our experience.
