Edited to include a response to the owner: "Details regarding the delivery service level" can not excuse the laziness of a driver banging on a detached garage rather than walk around to the house and knock on the door. It also does not excuse a product being delivered severely damaged. It's laughable that you would respond suggesting this is the level of service we asked for and should have expected.
