The company called to schedule a delivery. They said I needed to be home. I made a point to be home, but they never even rang my door bell. Instead, the delivery person left a massive pallet at the very end of my drive way (barely off of the street). Not only that, but it was blocking my sidewalk and left in a snow bank. When I called shortly after the drop off, they said that they were allowed to “just leave it anywhere.” Terrible delivery person and terrible customer service.
