I regret ever booking with ESTES. I scheduled and paid for a pick-up more than two weeks ago, and they have still not shown up. Their local dispatch is rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful — not what you’d expect from a company that claims to be in the business of logistics. The most terrible service EVER my son's bed has been sitting in their warehouse for a week and everyday it's coming but never makes it. I'm still waiting! Totally unprofessional and no follow thru! Don't ever work with them. Everyday there is a new excuse as to why it hasn't been delivered!
