Packages are always damaged. They step on boxes and drop heavy packages. They don't pay attention to "this way up" markings. They lose delivieies. Drivers are rude and poorly skilled. They get angry at you if you aren't there to help them unload. Office staff lies. Shipments are often late and seperated. They don't follow through with scheduled deliveries. Today they blocked our office staff inside by putting heavy boxes in the doorway. Overall, a terrible delivery company that can't execute what they are paid to do.
