Our company has been working with Estes for some time, and unfortunately, our experience has been overwhelmingly negative. We have dealt with repeated issues, starting with their consistent failure to respect scheduled delivery times. On multiple occasions, our pallets and inventory have been misplaced or lost altogether. Fast delivery and delivery guy was awesome
Encountered a slew of issues shipping e-waste with them. First, my initial packaging attempt led to a reschedule, fair enough for my freight shipping rookie status. Repackaged into 3 Gaylord’s for the second attempt, and here's where the chaos started: 1. The driver showed up without a heads-up, no call, text, knock, or honk.
