Just picking up trailers All people involved was real friendly
We were using Estes but not anymore. In January 2025 we used them for a shipment to Texas. It showed up in Texas damaged and missing a box with $10,000 worth parts in it. Our customer noted on the paperwork that it was damaged. We started a claim with them and after many emails and phone calls 5 months later their sales rep just dropped by to tell me they weren't honoring the claim, they have claimed to have never found our box. Good company to work for.
Add mine to the list of negative reviews from disappointed residential customers. I have been waiting for a phone call from Estes to schedule a delivery appointment at my house and no one has called. Customer service 866 number was of no help whatsoever, and the local terminal doesn't answer their phone. Meanwhile, my contractor is waiting for critical items for my basement remodel job to be delivered. Estes is a poor excuse for a freight company. I scheduled a delivery for 11am-1pm on 1/9/25, the delivery driver arrived about an hour early when I was with a patient and I could not step out of the room. They left a pallet with multiple boxes just sitting on the side walk outside unattended.
