Truck drivers avoid this place if possible. Receiving starts at 10am its fcfs. The unloaders here will take forever to unload. It seems intentional or else there’s no way I been on dock since 10:30am they started unloading right a way and then stopped unloading with 2-3 pallets in trailer. Truckers come prepared or just simply AVOID!
By and far the worst shipping company I have experienced. I have an urgent product that I spent over $700 to have shipped to me, and it has been sitting at their facility for two weeks now with zero attempt to schedule delivery. They do not answer calls to try to allow me to schedule delivery. They ghost on emails. And I’ve even offered several times to rent a trailer and pick up from their facility myself.
Shittiest company ever can’t deliver anything on time never have updates told me multiple times, different delivery dates and can’t even bother to show up to delivery appts constantly have a excuse or way to blame anybody but there own incompetence don’t even know why retail stores partner with them. Will never order anything that does buisness with this place
