I ordered a door that's coming with this company. It says won't be delivered till the 21st which is ridiculous. I hate Home Depot drop companies If anything happens to my door, Home Depot is gonna hear about it
Estes called on Friday to arrange delivery. Was told delivery in my area was between 12 and 4 PM. We agreed on Monday. No show! At the doctor's office at 9:30 AM on Wednesday. Phone rings. It's the driver. Hey it's Brian, I'm on my way. He's hesitant to just deliver into the driveway. Sensing his hesitation I ask if a signature is required. He says yes. Why didn't he just offer that information in the beginning? Luckily wife is home today. 🤡 🤡
