Most unprofessional service ever. We placed a shipment for stair parts. The freight was from ohio to portland. First it got derailed. When it didnt show up on time, i called them. The lady at the front desks response was " i dont know what happened to your shipment." She dint know who to contact and how to proceed. Then finally after 2 weeks, tracking app showed that apparently it reached pdx facility on 25th oct 2025. We were using Estes but not anymore. In January 2025 we used them for a shipment to Texas. It showed up in Texas damaged and missing a box with $10,000 worth parts in it. Our customer noted on the paperwork that it was damaged. We started a claim with them and after many emails and phone calls 5 months later their sales rep just dropped by to tell me they weren't honoring the claim, they have claimed to have never found our box.
