Estes is a great company
I've been waiting for a pickup for 3 days now. My shipment was suppose to have already been delivered to the customer based on Estes's estimation and yet they still haven't picked it up. If you need LTL freight I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This company has lied twice saying they were coming to pickup our crate and yet they have an excuse every time. I won't be using them again. Now to deal with my customer who is very frustrated.
It was great everything came in safe. There was damage to box but don't think Estes did it! The young man that helped was great.
